A) Site Engineer - Civil Fitout /MEP Experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage all aspects of civil fitout and MEP projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.

• Coordinate with architects, contractors, subcontractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.

• Review and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and construction documents.

• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

• Manage project resources, including materials, equipment, and labor.

• Prepare and maintain project schedules, progress reports, and documentation.

• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the construction process.

• Ensure adherence to all relevant codes, standards, and regulations.

• Provide technical support and guidance to the project team.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.

• Proven experience as a Site Engineer in civil fitout and MEP projects.

• Strong knowledge of construction methodologies, materials, and legal regulations.

• Proficient in project management software and MS Office Suite.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.

• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.

B) Technicians - MEP

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.

• Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance of MEP systems.

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with MEP systems promptly.

• Ensure all work is performed in compliance with industry standards, codes, and safety regulations.

• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other technicians to ensure project success.

• Document all work performed, including materials used and hours spent.

• Assist in the planning and scheduling of MEP activities.

• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.

Qualifications:

• Certificate or diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Technology.

• Proven experience as an MEP Technician.

• Strong knowledge of MEP systems, components, and installation techniques.

• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• Knowledge of safety procedures and regulations.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.

• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to various project sites.
